The headset itself does not have call controls. If you are using the Jabra Engage 50 II headset connected directly to a computer, use the audio controls on the computer.

You can configure the button controls for the Mute/unmute, Programmable, Busylight, and Answer/end call buttons using Jabra Direct or a Jabra SDK integration.
