Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Eligibility and Promotion Period:The “Claim 3 months FREE Strava subscription with Elite 8 Active” (the "Promotion") is subject to these terms and conditions and is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who has purchased a qualifying product listed at the end of these terms and conditions (the “Qualifying Product”) from Jabra.com in the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam between 07.06.2024 and 31.09.2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Jabra are not eligible for this Promotion.
  2. Promotion Offer: A e-voucher code for a free 3 months Strava Subscription (the “Voucher”) sent via e-mail.
  3. How to obtain a Voucher: To obtain the Voucher you must visit: www.jabra.com/c/global/strava-subscription, upload your proof of purchase and fill out the online claim form (a “Claim”). A Claim can only be made online and must be submitted no later 15.10.2024. Jabra specifically excludes all Claims received after 15.10.2024.
  4. Claim response and support: We aim to review and verify all Claims within ten (10) business days from receipt of the Claim. After successful verification and approval of the Claim, you will receive an e-mail with the Voucher on the e-mail address specified in your Claim.
    For inquiries or assistance regarding the promotion, you may contact Jabra’s support team at www.jabra.com/store-support. We will aim at answering enquiries within five (5) business days.
  5. How to redeem the Voucher: The Voucher can be redeemed at https://www.strava.com/subscribe/redeem. The Voucher must be redeemed no later than [date_placeholder], after which all Vouchers will automatically become void. Redemption and use of Strava is subject to Strava’s separate terms of use and privacy policy. These and all other terms and conditions regarding the Strava subscription will be entered solely between you and Strava. 
  6. Limitations: Participants are only entitled to receive one (1) Voucher per eligible order purchased during the Promotion Period. Duplicate claims are void. The Voucher holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other product or service. The Promotion may not be used or combined with any other offers, campaigns, and promotions. Participants are not eligible to utilize the Voucher if the Qualifying Product is returned to Jabra. Jabra specifically excludes any and all Claims which are faulty, Claims which does not contain full, accurate, recognizable and/or readable information or documentation necessary for verification of the Claim or provision of the Voucher.
  7. Disqualification: Any Claims with missing, incorrect, unreadable, damaged, or invalid information, details or documentation will be declined and all duplicate Claims will be automatically rejected. Jabra reserves the right in its own assessment to disqualify any Claim, which Jabra considers not to comply with these terms and conditions. Jabra is not in any way obligated to provide the Voucher in case of any incorrect, invalid, fraudulent, or illegal Claims. Further, Jabra reserves the right to take necessary actions in the event of suspected fraudulent, invalid, abusive and/or illegal Claims, including but not limited to, requesting additional information and confirmation about the identity or other relevant information about you or the Qualifying Product. Jabra may declare the Promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited, or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of Jabra in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
  8. Liability: Jabra is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs or prevents the participant in participating in the Promotion. Further, Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or unreadable information (including e-mail addresses) included in the Claim form or if information necessary for the provision of the Voucher. Jabra is not liable for any issues arising from the use or redemption of the Voucher or Strava. Jabra is not responsible for any changes to the terms of the Strava service during or after the promotional period. In the event of fraud, abuse, or technical issues, Jabra reserves the right to cancel or suspend participation without incurring liability.

  10. Acceptance of terms and conditions: By submitting a Claim on the online form, you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
  11. Changes: Jabra reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period in accordance with applicable law. Jabra does not guarantee that all qualified products will be in stock throughout the Promotion Period.

  13. Applicable law and venue: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with national applicable law within the geographical scope of the Promotion. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respective country.
