How do I answer/end softphone calls directly from the handset?

Prerequisites

Prerequisites

Firmware version 1.30.0 or later
Jabra Direct version 3.x or later

Simultaneously press and release the Mute button and the Volume+ button to answer/end calls on supported softphones.

Note
A handset that is using a firmware version earlier than 1.30.0 does not have this feature (even if it is paired with an updated base). Update both the handset and the base to firmware version 1.30.0 to obtain this functionality.
